What export formats are available in CoroPlus® Tool Library?
From CoroPlus® Tool Library you can export 2D drawings (DXF) , 3D model basic or detailed (STEP) and GTC-package.
What is a GTC package?
A 'GTC package' is a compressed file in ZIP format containing item data. It enables you to exchange one or more items or assemblies between independent item data management systems supporting this format. It includes all the information required to describe fully an item or several items based on ISO13399. Among others, graphic files in various formats and the corresponding parameter values. What STEP file formats are currently supported?
STEP AP-203, AP-214 and AP-242 are supported for catalog data and when creating custom items. For export from CoroPlus® Tool Library, STEP AP-214 and AP-242 are supported.
Can I use tools from other vendors?
Yes, CoroPlus® Tool Library is built on the industry standard for tool representation (ISO 13399) that allows usage of tool items from any supplier.
How can I get tool data from other vendors?
GTC packages created in other systems and from other suppliers can be imported trough the import functionalities. Through the Tools United interface, you can access and import more than 900 000 cutting tool items from over 40 suppliers. (Requires a separate account with Tools United)
What browsers do I need?
CoroPlus® Tool Library supports Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.

How long is the subscription?
The subscription period is 12 months
Will my software be automatically updated?
Yes, you will receive subsequent software updates automatically during the subscription period.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes. However, you can continue to use the software until the last day of your paid subscription period. There will be no refund for the balance period after cancellation.
Can I run the software offline?
No, CoroPlus® Tool Library is a cloud-based solution that requires an internet connection.
On how many working stations can I use my license?
The license is user-specific and can be used by one logged in user per license.
Where is my data stored?
All user data (for example assemblies and custom items) is stored in a secure storage hosted in Microsoft Azure. Data created in My workspace can only be accessed by you, and data created in My company workspace can be accessed by all users from your company.
