Grooving, threading, and circlip grooving

A versatile cutter that can be used for many types of grooves, threads, and chamfers; machining of eccentric components, e.g. gearbox casings, and high volume assemblies, mainly on machining centers and rotating units on lathes.

Recommendation

When programming with tool center feed, the periphery feed can be far too high. Make sure to program with radius compensation to ensure the correct feed.
