Whether you are drilling, turning, or milling, small part machining is challenging. With Advanced Engineering, we can create microcutting drills, endmills, boring bars, and profile machining tools.
No component is too small
If you can create the component, we can help shape it. We have the capability to create polycrystalline diamond (PCD) cutting tools as small as 0.3 mm.
Microcutting tools with nano features
Using additive manufacturing processes, including electrical discharge grinding (EDG) and 3D laser printing, we can create a micro drill with nano features perfectly suited to your application.
